Hey Pox, CNB, and Geaux. 
Muddy, she makes her dressings a few days early and freezes them. It makes it a little easier on Christmas day. She is also cooking seafood gumbo for Christmas eve.
I found some lasagna I made a while back in the freezer. I am happy now. Good dinner with no cooking = Win.
