Arkansas went in 06, ya'll went in 07. And arkansas has been to bigger and better bowl games since then.
Arkansas has been the better program since 06, and if they keep Petrino they will remain that way. Tennessee will have to find a better coach to get back to prominence.
You can tout your past championships and such, but those players and coaches are no longer there. Recruits are going to look at the current coaching situation and level of players currently playing, and where the school has been recently. right now Arky has that edge on Tennessee

That must be why Tennessee is recruiting better than Arkansas. LOL. We are terrible and still have top 10-15 classes. Not many other schools can accomplish that. Arkansas is 10-2 and they can't out recruit 5-7 Tennessee.
