Serious post. I'm not sure if I'd rather play you or Okie State, but I do know I'm grateful for the season that LSU has had and I'd like to end it by playing the best. The best opponent is most likely you.
We now await word. If I'm a fan in your shoes I'm sure I'd be a nervous wreck today. As a fan I hope everything works out for you today.

Congrats on a remarkable season!! If Bama gets in great, but honestly i think OSU deserves it. They made their statement last night. Before that, i was all for Bama going.

I've got a good friend who's a Bama grad and avid fan. I told him when y'all were on the rise (post Shula) that Bama being good was good for LSU and vice versa.
I've never understood Tiger fans who want Bama to be mired in mediocrity.

Plus after reading the article on how the Big 12 et al shut down a plus-1 option in 2008, I won't feel nearly as bad if the Cowboys get shut out.
All kidding aside, as I've said, I do think Bama fans were stupidly arrogant about "being in the clubhouse", but a rematch would be epic. Good luck tonight Tide.
