True. And, being a media darling has nothing to do with winning or being the best team on the field. It has everything to do with name recognition and what happened 50 years ago.
College football is weird like that.
Notre Dame and USC can go 5-7 and we hear about them constantly. But, Miami and Florida St. dominated several decades of college football and we don't hear anything about them.
It isn't "What have you done for me lately?" It's "how good were you when your team wore leather helmets?" Strange.

Can't wait for a rematch.
Why would you want to play OSU when you get the chance to beat bama again so soon?
Sounds fun.
I want to watch a great emotional game and Bama will bring that.
