I am biased but here goes:
Texas A&M - If you can win big here you will be a god. Good facilities and recruiting area.
Penn State - Would be top, but following JoePa is almost an impossible task. Scandal also hurts.
ASU - While AZ would be a great place to live I don't think the program would treat a winning coach as well as A&M or Penn State.
Ole Miss - Tough all around job, not interested in being at a miss school.
UCLA - Don't want to go to a basketball school.

A&M, chance to become a legend, higher risk, but higher reward

UCLA, if you've been to UCLA campus, you know why
