Yeah I'm sure Saban called up ESPN and said, "look mfers, y'all are going to interview me before, during, and after the SECCG. Aight. Got it? Good. :slams phone:". Is that how it went down?

According to the Jason Bourne-esque spies I have over in Alabama:

That is exactly how it went down.

Saban obviously has a good relationship with ESPN. He's using it to his advantage to get as much exposure he can for Bama. He's got his little puppets Rece and Robert Smith cramming Bama down everyone throats every chance they get. He scratches their back, they scratch his.

He's pretty diplomatic, IMO.
