i'll put it another way. if your team was competing like they thought they could win, then nothing LSU did while they were in that mindset could be bad. if your players haven't given up, then nobody should expect LSU to

Agreed...and neither team should until the clock reads 0:00. I GUARANTEE that we would've run the ball up the gut had you guys stayed in base defense. But when the defense blitzes 8-9, don't get mad when the offense throws the ball.
Consider this analogy...in basketball, if a team is down big but still runs a full-court press with a few minutes left, do you expect the other team to just have the point guard bring the ball up on his own, get trapped, and turn the ball over repeatedly?

Come on, if you are still competing in that way don't expect LSU to be your punching bag cause you had a bad week.
