A better way of looking at it is that so far Petrino at Arkansas has produced 10 win seasons 50% of the time. If the 50% thing is hard for you to understand, which is probably is based on your initial post, look at it this way. Half of the time at Arkansas Petrino has produced 10 win seasons.

For any team in the SEC to win back to back 10 win seasons is impressive.
Texas and Alabama can no longer sign 80 players a year and the talent and number of teams are better than ever before.
Therefore, any team winning 10 win seasons much less back to back is hard to do with 5 National Champions running around in the same conference.

Living through Arkansas? Are you serious? Arkansas has 3 wins against LSU in the last 4 years. Care to take a guess how many they have against Alabama? Zero. Alabama has a national title since then, LSU doesn't.
