UGA Wins SEC - What happens?

I've been off the board lately so I'm sure this has been discussed. So what is the boards consensus in the following scenario?
LSU goes into SEC champ game 12-0. They lose the Sec Champ game, but currently have such a lead in the BCS that they only fall behind 11-1 Bama. In this situation, the #1 and #2 are both from the SEC. However, UGA would have the SEC automatic bid, so theoretically, the SEC should only be allowed one more team.
In this situation, would the SEC be allowed 3 BCS teams or who would #1 vs "highest ranked non-SEC team" play in the BCSCG then?

Of course UGA would be Sugar as SEC champ. But isn't it BCS rule that 3 teams from one conference cannot be in BCS bowls. So if Bama is 1 and LSU is 2, what gives?

there is actually a rule that pertains to this... a conference can have 3 teams in the bcs, if at the end of the final bcs standing the #1 & #2 teams DID not win thier AQ conf championship.... so basically LSU-UA in BCSNCG, UGA to the SUGAR.

A conference can have three teams if the #1 and #2 teams are from the same conference and neither received an auto bid. That's how three teams would get in under your scenario.

assuming OkS didn't sneak into the top two it would be Bama/LSU most likely

Thanks. I knew this was probably already hashed out on here but I just missed it.
If that happens that's a lot of money for the SEC to split
