Read "Rammer Jammer Yellow Hammer" by Warren St. John. It is from an Alabama perspective but its characters and traditions can be seen in all the SEC fanbases.

And, NO JERSEYS ON ANYONE OVER THE AGE OF 12.

No exceptions.

that is actually a a great book on culture that just happens to be set within college sports. anyone who is a devoted fan of anything would appreciate it.

on a side note, i met warren, he is a really low key, almost shy guy.

I disagree. I think if women want to wear a jersey they can. Now, that does not mean wearing a large jersey as a dress. Wearing a woman's jersey that actually fits you can look very good on a woman.

But men, no jerseys unless you are a kid.
