I Was Nervous About the Game Until I Heard Greg McElroy Interviewed

Last week, I listened to Greg McElroy being interviewed by Paul Finebaum. GMac mentioned that LSU had the best defense he had ever gone up against. When asked how he thought McCarron would perform, he said (paraphrasing) "it would be a tall task and that after LSU keeps hitting you all game, it gets in your head, that's when we'll see how well AJ can hang in there."
Granted, AJ wasn't hit that often and the Bama OLine did a great job of protecting him, but he folded up like a lawn chair on 3rd Down in overtime. It was bad enough that he didn't throw it away, but just to quit like that? I'll give McElroy props for predicting it last week.

McCarron missed Richardson down the sideline, TRich on a short shuffle pass, and made the absolute worst move by taking a sack to put them out of range all in OT. He folded like egg whites.

Richardson wore down in the 2nd half as well

Young guy who is taking lumps that will make him a better QB. Lord knows LSU fans should understand QB growing pains.

Be honest. There wasn't one single unclenched LSU or Alabama a-hole through the 4th quarter of that game.
