It's a shame we didn't get to really find that out.

I found the correct answer to the question, using parkjas2001's formula for dominance.

The most dominant CFB team since 2000 is the University of Montana Grizzlies. . .with a current record of 132-29

do we have an answer yet or is Larry still nitpicking single years instead of sticking to his own topic?

its either LSU or UF. no logical case can be made for any other team over the last 12 years

The barn would at least have given USC a better game.

well its been a pretty good thread I think

much better than another Nov 5th pissing match

at least this one brought in a few more teams into the discussion. Its a subjective answer, everyone is entitled to define "most dominant" in their own way

Some people discount USC b/c of Reggie Bush, and Auburn b/c of one losing season. Others, like myself, discount LSU for splitting a title and backing into another with 2 losses. But its made for some good discussion

For teh second time, the OP is talking about CFB programs in teh top division.

But, you are correct in your assesment for Montana in Div 1AA...not many would disagree with you.

I'm gonna pat myself on the back here and admit that my list is the best list put together on this thread.

are you serious?

Its an opinion, there is no right or wrong answer... it all depends on what "most dominant" means to you

Chimlin, no way you can count the AP title. Hell, you know us BAma fans. You open that can of worms and we'll find a sanctioning body that'll let us slip 2 or 3 more NCs in.
