Reasonable minds can differ here. I think these two QBs play very similarly. McCarron is certainly much better at this point in his career than Lee was. McCarron should end up being the much better QB, it's already fairly close.

Can't really argue that point, but I do believe AJ has more talent surrounding him right now than Lee did in '08. That '08 team had no defense and LSU was constantly behind so they had to pass like crazy just to try and catch up.

meh, I think we can all agree the situaion AJ has stepped into is substantially better for a green QB than the situation Lee stepped into. Lee had to win LSU games, because the D sucked arse, and he was a redshirt freshman, with weak offensive coaching. All AJ has ever had to do at alabama is not frick up.
