The UAT thing doesn't bother me, I just want to know why you, or I should properly say why do some AU fans, get giggly by calling Bama by UAT. Are you trying to put the Tuscaloosa school on the same level as UAB? Any body with a brain realize that these two schools are part of the same system.
Hell, if you want to get specific, we all have to admit that both Bama and AU are part of a same system somewhere down the line since they are both state schools.

AUM recently changed their name to Auburn-Montgomery, they do not compete in D-1.. Also their students are able to buy tickets to Auburn sporting events. UA,t is how Alabama is referred to by the NCAA, not sure why.
Auburn folks call Bammers, "UAT" because we know it bothers you.

I prefer spUAT over UAT but that's probably just my inner ITAT talking.
