Is LSU considered a dirty football program?

I know a person who is a UT fan and he swears up and down that LSU is a dirty, cheating program. He also says that outside of louisiana that LSU is not a respected program. Now being a LSU fan and living in La I don't see it. But maybe I have my P&G glasses on. What is the perception of LSU outside of the state of Louisiana?

Yeah I think he is still sour over the arse beating LSU put on UT. But he has always said things like this.

One of the reason's I have a lot of respect for the LSU program is that they have been successful and for the most part, have done it the right way.
The rest of the time, they just did it the lucky way.

Due to a few things that don't need to be mentioned, the SEC as a whole has the reputation as a cheating conference.

I don't see LSU as dirty. I know a few people who do but I think it is more of a jealous hate of LSU.

Texas probably just sees the entire state as dirty, I mean it is pretty muddy and swampy in most areas. And then LSU just happens to be the main university here.

I dont know of any who think dirty in terms of recruitng scandals, paid players and so forth. Now when it comes to the behavior of LSU fans several adjectives along those lines come to peoples heads.

Its like every major program in the country. I know Auburn has shady boosters who are too close to the program. Texas fans should never speak about other programs. Their super national championship losing QB's girlfriend admitted on national television that boosters pay players at Texas.

No I mean dirty as in cheatig. every fan base has their idiots. We don't need to open that can of worms.
