well there are many types of Gumbo. My family, and I know many others in LA have turkey gumbo right after Thanksgiving. You can have Chicken and sausage, and to make you feel connected to your Kentucky roots I'm sure you will find a chef to cut the feet off the opossum and toss it in.

That's odd; normally salmon is a hard sell to non-seafood lovers because it has a strong fish flavor.

I'm glad to see that most people realize that there are more important things than football. LSU and bama have 2 of the most passionate fan bases in cfb and they are using that passion for a good cause.
