Just read your post. I agree that AU wouldn't have won the NC without Cam. It is impossible to know what the record would have been, so it is silly to argue about because there is no way for anyone to be proven right or wrong. I agree that Cam was clutch with his ability to pound the ball and control the clock in the 4th quarter last year.
I disagree that anything you see from AU this year, including the defensive struggles so far, lends any credence to your points about how much AU misses Cam. In fact, AU misses its interior D-Line and experienced MLB much more than Cam so far this year.

THIS^^^ AU's Offense will still be among the top ranked in the SEC this year, WITH freshman Oline.
Where we miss Cam is on 3rd&under5. He could just fall forward and keep drives going. Trotter will prob have more passing yards than Cam this year. Our offense will still put up points.
