No, no it's not.

If you've known many people which have enrolled at each, in state, within the past 5 years, it is easy to see which one has lower admission requirements.

While you seem to be taking it as an insult, you shouldn't, it's a fact. Not something to be disputed.

Haha. You don't get it, do you? Auburn having a higher "average" ACT score than UA does not indicate that Auburn is harder to get into. As another poster said, the only way to know that would be to know each school's ACT/GPA floor. Having a higher "average" test score doesn't shed any light on how low an applicant can go numbers-wise at Auburn and still be admitted.

Also, anecdotal stories count for shite. The fact that you can name a few people who got into UA and didn't get into AU doesn't mean anything. I'm sure I could find people who got into AU and didn't get into UA. Big deal.
