By all means.
I just get tired of hearing how much "better" AU's COE is than Alabama's. Nevermind the structure of the engineering programs between UA, UAH, and UAB. I have a BS and MS in Civil Engineering from Alabama. I know how solid the degree is.

Second, you might get tired of it, but the fact is that an engineering degree from Auburn is better than one from Alabama. No one said you degree wasn't solid - just that one from Auburn would be better. At least in the area I know personally about, if you are an Electrical Engineer trying to work in Huntsville (Redstone, NASA, Adtran, etc) or at a large place like AT&T, Verizon etc., you are better served with an AU degree than one from UA.
P.S. I have attended the University of Alabama as well as Auburn.
