Arkansas is ranked ahead of both Mississippi schools unless I'm missing something.

As for Auburn engineering, I thinks it's clearly ahead of Bama's although Alabama has been gaining some ground the last couple of years. Alabama's hurt some by having some key engineering focus spread out between the Tuscaloosa and Huntsville campus (UAH). Aerospace engineering which for obvious reasons is very strong at UAH spreads the UA system thinner in this area than AU where all the engineering focus is on the main campus. The same thing could be said regarding biomedical engineering at UAB.

FWIW, there isn't that much difference between what Arkansas offers and what Ole Miss offers regarding liberal arts and such. I'm not really sure about State, but that's because I don't know too much about the engineering and whatnot.
