I think Alabama has been pretty basic on offense thus far. We haven't even used some formations that were staples the past two years. Plus, I think the offensive line is beginning to gel. A.J. moves well in the pocket too. The only two sacks thus far were when Sims was in. And save me the "it's Penn State and Kent State" lines. The OL gave up way too many QBHs and sacks in 2010. Even to the most unlikely of opponents. The pass protection already looks better to me.

Very well could be. Same for Arkansas. We have played base O&D for 90% of our plays, i would guess. That makes me feel much more optimistic about the running game. I don't think it's as bad as many people are making it out to be. I just don't think they're using the right guy (Wingo). He's not the best option at this point and I would put him behind Curtis and Walker. If Dennis Johnson is healthy, our running game will keep bama at least a little honest.

The one thing I am fascinated by is the potential we have to use Joe Adams as a RB. He's done it a handful of times and it's almost always resulted in a good gain. He's our Percy Harvin changeup that I'd like to see thrown into the mix, especially for the biggest game of the year.

Joe is the damn man. If he keeps having games like he has been, especially if he shows out against Alabama, he may end up on some Heisman watch lists.
