The percentage of guilty verdicts based heavily on circumstantial evidence has gone down drastically in the last 10 years. It's a frightening statistic. Wish I could find an article on it but I'm on my phone.

I can see how you'd feel that way but, personally, I don't have a problem with it. I have no problems with circumstantial evidence supporting the prosecution's case. I do, however, have a big problem with circumstial evidence BEING the prosecution's case.
