Run blocking yes. Pass blocking, not so much. Gave up the third most sacks in the SEC last year and are replacing their LT.

Let's see how well TR does as the main man before we anoint him, ok? And as far as talented backups...not really. I'd actually say the Tide is thin at RB this year.

Last year's Tide defense was in the middle of the pack in the conference in sacks and near the bottom in tackles for loss, ahead of only Kentucky. And they lost their best DL pass rusher from last year in Dareus, and are thin depth-wise on DL this year.

Don't get me wrong, I expect the Tide to have a good team. I just don't see them finishing as high as projected, and they might not be as good a team as last year's.

Just sayin'

Because I'm grilling, and need to go put my steak on the fire, I'm not going to take time to correct your ignorance. But, get back to me later in the year and point out where I was wrong.

Translation: I got nothing. I quoted actual stats from last year. Hard to argue with those. As far as my opinions, they are 100% as correct as yours right now.

Meaning we'll see.
