Did you read my post? I said they had a lot of talent, but some of the biggest differences makers weren't 5 stars. They were stacked at a lot of places. However, that is a completely different defense without Dareus. Plus, McElroy was the starting QB over a guy or two more highly rated than him. Then throw in other guys like Javier Arenas (3 star) that were flat out difference makers. I didn't say that it was a perfect comparison. I was only pointing out the fact that you take those 3 stars away from Bama that year and you would have had a completely different team.
