Go to Bama a 5* and leave a 3* or 4*.

Petrino doesn't rely on Rivals/Scout star ratings to recruit players. If he recruits a 5*, it's because of his method of assessment re: talent and need, not because of their ratings.

No, because once they commit to Arkansas, they'll be stripped of the 5th star automatically. "Poor Decision Making" or something.
