I would think the loop hole should include that if the person acting like an agent for a kid or if a family member does the same like Cam's dad asking anyone for money, the penalty is harsh and the kid is ruled ineligible. That is how you stop it. You can't penalize a school for signing a kid the right way just because the dad asked for money from another school. I'm not sure I believe he asked from one school and not the other. That makes no sense and is not very believable.

Its not very believeable and I can understand everyone thinking he had to get money from Auburn. In a earlier post a Miss State fan explained it the same way I think it happened so I won't go into detail but there are feasable senarios that could have happened that do not include Auburn paying.

I agree with you ~ Hard to believe money was asked for from only one out of four schools that were heavily recruiting the kid. And, AU came into the picture late in the recruiting process ---

I understand why people think this, but let me offer some things to chew on. If Kenny Rodgers wasn't a central and apparently key figure in the solicitation, I would agree with you. Being that he was, I can easily see how MSU was the only school that was solicited. Not to mention, the more schools you ask, the more you risk getting caught unless you have a "trusted" inside source like Rodgers. Just food for thought.
