i think all would agree that it takes to win the sec and play for natl champ is 1. a great defensive line, and 2. a great qb.
thats it, thats what it takes. Example Auburn last year. LSU will be as good as JJ which right now is a mystery. If he plays solid like he did against Bama, and Texas A&M this whole year, then we have a shot. I still think Bama is the team to beat in the west.

Disagree with #2. I wouldn't consider McElroy, Flynn, Mauck, Leak, Tee Martin, or Wuerffel great QBs. They were all good QBs who managed the game very well and didn't turn the ball over.
