He was the first overall pick. He is financially set up for life. Nothing about Cam Newton has stopped me from believing that whatever comes next, he's fine with it. He has his money, his dad can build the fricking Taj Mahal of Atlanta if he wants now, and I think he's good with that.
He's a tremendous athlete, so he may do well in the NFL, but he won't win overall with an organization like the Carolina Panthers.

I hope he falls flat on his face. Not because of him, but because he is a Panther, and I'm a Saints fan. I do hope he wipes the floor with the Jets and pats though

Heck, I don't really wish ANYBODY to fail. I just am not of the opinion that Newton will make it as a QB in the NFL. Maybe he'll prove me wrong, but I just don't see it.
