So because I was 15 in 2002 means I can't have a valid opinion on it in 2011?

You were NOT 15 when Alabama was placed on probation in 2002, so no, you can't have a valid opinion since you didn't even know your correct age!

NCAA rolls Crimson Tide for violations

By John Zenor, The Associated Press

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — The NCAA placed Alabama on five years' probation Friday, jolting the program Bear Bryant built into a power with a two-year bowl ban and heavy scholarship reductions.

The governing body said it considered giving the Crimson Tide the most severe punishment — the death penalty — under the repeat violator rules for a recruiting scandal in which boosters were accused of paying money for high school players.

"They were absolutely staring down the barrel of a gun," said Thomas Yeager, chairman of the infractions committee.

"These violations are some of the worst, most serious that have ever occurred," he said.

The university, accused of 11 major violations — one was later withdrawn — and five minor charges under two former coaches, said it would appeal.

Everyone with a triple digit iq knows yeager was grand standing. They were not putting bama on death penalty. Hell, usc just got hit harder than bama did at that time. If we were really "close" to the death penalty we wld have been hit harder. We were certainly nailed, but yeager was trying to sound like billy badass

You realize that OSU is looking at close to that number aimed at Pryor alone right? You are so talented and smart you can type some shite in the google bar and copy and paste stuff yet you lack the intelligence to compare it to the current situation in Ohio.
