Alabama, after 6 previous attempts enters the winner's bracket for the 1st time in the College Softball Worlds Series. They beat Cal 1 - 0 and avenge the Cats.
Florida 6 Missouri 2 (Final 7 Innings)

so there's 8 teams in it, double elimination from here on out? who does bama and uf play next (assuming uf holds on tonight)? when is the next game?

Florida finishes off Missouri and plays overall number 1 seed Arizona State. Alabama takes on Baylor. Florida has the tougher game on paper clearly.

Alabama beats Baylor 3 - 0 - sitting in the driver's seat.
Florida just hit 2 homeruns and has scored 4 to tie the game against overall number 1 seed Arizona State - 4th inning.

Man - that Michelle Moultrie for Florida has the best damn swing I have ever seen in a college softball player. The double she just ripped was a thing of beauty - not an ounce of her body weight wasted.
I have to say - some questionable coaching by Florida. They sent a runner from 3rd who was nailed at the plate, and just now should have sacrificed Moultrie to 3rd. Next batter hits a sac fly which would have given them the lead.
When this game goes to espn replay - check out that double Moultrie hit - fricking amazing.
