I didnt say no jail time. I said a few months in county lock up. Big difference in trees and buildings. If someone, destroyed a tree in my yard, make them pay for it and move on.

Yes they are different, but from a monetary prospective, 2 x 130 year old oaks and the infrastructure needed to take out, repair soil, and replace is not really all that different.
