shite like this brings the worst out of people. Lawyers swoop in and try to capitalize on it. They`ll stir up a bunch of press, go on some talk shows, and all the while putting more pressure on OM to settle. Its a lose/lose for OM. Even if they win the court battle, they lose overall. shite like this makes me sick.

If Miss is found negligent it wont matter if they knew of his condition or not. You take the victim as he is. Its commonly known as the "eggshell plaintiff." Because of this they'll probably play it safe and settle.
