my problem as well. They're saying that WE did know about it when we gave him a blood test for the physical but that we withheld that from him. That's pretty stupid to think that we'd withhold that info from him. Even if your just bashing Nutt........this was a Walk-on.

That is ridiculous. Why would a University knowingly set themselves up for a wrongful death suit? If anything, the parents should have taken responsibility of their child's well being. I know this sounds harsh, but by their logic, the parents were neglecting him thus leading to his unfortunate death.
I just hope this is a case of a grieving father looking for someone to blame with hopes of it making him feel "better", and NOT just him looking to make cash off his child's death.
