"Winner" with a 18.18% won-loss record.

It's really hard to be out-and-out worse than Widenhofer, but Brown was. FTR Orgeron won 28% of the time while Shula cracked 30% (barely). Way too good to be the all-time lousiest.

Shula won 10 games one season and 6 his last- no way he won only 30% of his games
