The town in general is pretty bad. Just nothing to do and not very smart people (not everyone).
My dad lives there and likes it though.

It kinda became that after I moved, I live ner Old Moulton Rd now but I was born and raised in Decatur for 13 years. The placee I used to live(Towerview ST) became awful when I moved, though it was always a bit borderline, I have family there, and my grandffather is actually a prominent citizen of the place.
But its my hometown yo, if Ro wants to live in a nicer place inthe area I recommend Vestavia. Nicest place in Decatur IMO
