SHOULD LSU OR ALABAMA EVEN RECRUITED THIS GUY??? I mean he was kicked off the UGA team...
2009 as the No. 11 pro-style, drop-back quarterback in the nation out of Oconee County High in Watkinsville, Ga. He redshirted as a freshman and competed for the 2010 starting job during 2010 spring drills.
But he was kicked off the team last spring in light of his arrest in March on misdemeanor charges of allegedly grabbing the breasts and buttocks of a woman at a bar in Remerton, Ga. He was also arrested on a series of alcohol-related charges at the time, but those were later dropped. He pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor counts of sexual battery of a woman and was sentenced to two concurrent, 12-month probationary periods under the state of Georgia's first offender act. Mettenberger was also ordered to pay $2,000 in fines and to perform 40 hours of community service.
Mettenberger transferred to Butler, where he threw for 2,678 yards and 32 touchdowns last season in leading his team to an 11-0 record before losing the junior college national championship game. LSU coach Les Miles offered Mettenberger, who is 6-5 and 230 pounds, a scholarship over the summer. A host of other major colleges also offered, including Texas A&M, Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, Arizona, Cincinnati, Troy and Louisville.

Well, neither recruited Cam, so both schools are in the clear.
And when did Bama recruit ZM? I must have missed that...
