I think that is yet to be determined because Cam is so good that he overshadows how good the rest of our offensive players were. Once Cam is gone, we will have a better understanding of how good this years team really is.

Let's put it this way...If Cam had shown up MS State, Bulldog Nation would very happy with their Natl Championship right now. That's how good he is.

AND JUST THINK the Refs GAVE you that LSU win at AU. Remember 7-3 fiasco and those 3 non-calls and that "fourth down catch by Hester and run that went out of bounds past the first down stick that was called a no catch AFTER he ran for 5 yeards.
That game was TOTALLY BS.
It really cost LSU in the long run.

04 had better talent, but the offense was not used to its max. TT beleived in good defense and playing close to the vest with your offense. I beleive all 11 starters on offense made NFL teams.

The 2004 AU defense (coached by one Eugene Chizik, in case you've forgotten) was absolutely sick. Only the '88 defense was better, and then only slightly.
Now try to imagine that defense, in combination with the 2004 AU offense - only with Gustav Malzahn circa 2010 coaching them. And Tubs agreeing to give him total control.
I know, never would happen. But just imagine. . .

2004 Auburn is a team I like more than this one, if that means anything.
