Cam Newtons second NC ring?

I know he played in 08 but was he still on the team at the end of the year in 2008 when Florida got their second one? Just wondering cause heard Jay on first take say Cam got his national championship ring, didnt he already have one?

Not sure how it works in CFB but other sports give a ring to anyone that was on that team during the championship season.

He had already stolen a laptop and been kicked off the team. No ringy for him.
