Not a damn thing, because the NCAA is the tyrant in all of college sports.
We're all going to have to wait until Cam leaves for the NFL before we see the NCAA do anything. If nothing is done then they need to send Reggie Bush his Heisman back and give USC their Schollys and lift their bowl ban.
