Would you have rather won the egg bowl or gotten Brassel, Tobias, and Whitehead? I wish it was either or, we'd be in good shape then

c) Not have to be affiliated in any way with either program.

option B is going to mean better wins than the egg bowl in teh future.

I guess I'd take the egg bowl. You never know how good kids will be, no matter how highly recruited, until they put on the pads and get on the field. I think all 3 will be great players but you never know. I thought the same of Pat Pat and Robert Elliot.
I think Whitehead will be a bulldog. I take Brassell's commitment with a grain of salt but I think he and Singleton will stay in state on NSD.

Win football games. I don't give a shite with whom, just win them.

I'll be surprised if we dont get all 3
We really need these guys too- WR is our weakest position on the team

Youre the first state fan I have heard say that. I bet 601 is pissed to read you post that.

Yep, MSU has all the momentum with a NYD bowl like OM last year.

I agree. I think we will have to put several state posters on suicide watch

With all of these transfers and juco signings I have a feeling that Nutt figures he has no shot at Tobias, pj, or brassell which is pathetic we lose guys that were OM leans before the season started. Unless he's planning on losing some commitments, we won't have room for them unless we pull some maneuvers

considering that we haven't signed any Juco WR's......um...yeah.
We're signing some Juco DT's just for depth concerns so that doesn't mean anything about PJ. We've only signed 4 juco's today and will likely only sing 2-3 more come Feb. That isn't a whole lot....it isn't a little either.

for those of us that do not follow recruiting except a week before NSD, what's up with those 3?
But to answer your question. I'll take an actual win on the football field over recruiting victories.
