Pandora's box wasn't opened by ruling him INeligible, but by reinstating his eligibility.

Also doesn't this involve a case where the student selected someone to be his selector of schools and that selector solicited the money? It's not exactly like it wasn't someone Cam had given permission to. He told his Dad to select. His Dad set the price too high for MSU. AU gave Cam and his father everything they wanted aparently. Those are just the facts, though. Feel free to come up with a different hypothetical.
