That's the problem. No one has apparently taken the time to understand this ruling.
And I regularly do research on higher education policies. So it may seem like I took a lot of time, but it was actually quite quick.

Are you literally in Hong Kong...great place. I have many friends from GA too and relatives who are Georgia grads...great Vet school. I do struggle reading real long things, but you are right about caring and analyzing. I am happy for Auburn though, and the SEC and football.
