Calipari was about the only guy who will ever tame Cousins.....a laid back players coach who picks his battles. Cousins will never be a disciplined, workaholic Michael Jordan type of player. Not gonna happen. The Kings need to find what this kid does best and just let him do it or else they will lose him for good.

Grade-A loser. I'm sure we'll see Cousins and Bledsoe at an abandoned gas station washing cars in North Birmingham in a few years. At least they'll have their own NBA jersey to wear.

Not suprised. Im from Birmingham and remember him getting kicked out of Erwin High School then he tried to go play at Chalkville High School and then finally went to LeFlore in Mobile. He was a problem then and is a problem now. You would think maybe $$ would change his attitude but I guess im wrong.

idk if yall remember the tape where he was talking to a reporter during his search for a transfer school. the reporter was in Kansas for some reason. anyway, the tape was aired on finebaum and no one could figure out wtf he was saying except that "alabama has a real chance (at getting his signature)." i dl'ed that podcast because it was so damn funny.

Remember his high school coach at Leflore Otis Hughley also was hired by Sacramento Kings as an assistant after Cousins was drafted. Hughley swore in the press that his hire had nothing to do with Demarcus Cousins and was based on his NBA connections. Everyone else sees baby sitter for 7 footer.
