Why are yall just playing your first basketball game of the season tonight???
Most teams have played 2 or 3 games so far.
I was just looking at tonight's SEC lineup of games and noticed yall are 0-0.
And looking forward to the game this Sat

we really are just hoping this season gets over quick and we can get our new class that we just signed in.....this year should be painful to watch.

Pelphrey couldn't find his tie. He found it. Game on.

arkansas and missouri are the last D1 teams to start the season, with both tipping off tonight at 7 pm. we've had a few exhibition games, not sure why we're last to start, but i guess somebody has to be.

Because we haven't had a basketball program for a while and we were running a little behind on getting it started up again.

No preseason tourneys, or postseason seems to want us.

Our motto for the season is "Start late, end early."

Sounds pretty identical to LSU's motto this year

We had to give Mike Anderson more time in considering coming home.

While I would love for Mike Anderson to be the head coach, like Jimmie Johnson, it will never happen.
If you want to watch a good basketball team in the state of Arkansas, your only option is driving down to Russelville and watching the Wonderboys...

Basketball season doesn't start until 2011.

Maybe we can hire a coach before then...

We can dream of championships and a coach who helped win them?

Yes, he would love to be back at Arkansas, and would come cheaper then most think.
The problem is he is seen as being Nolan in some influential people's eyes...

well since most of those people are gone i.e. Broyles then I think most of that would not matter. I just do not think Pel has what it takes.
