If it went to his church, he is fine. If he accepted it personally before December 31st 2009, he would be in trouble, but if the payments began this year, he still can file an appropriate tax return.

LMAO if Cecil got paid and files a 1040-EZ like nothing happened. He should use some of that 200k to get a good CPA and possibly a tax lawyer.

nope. the boosters gave directly to a church 501C3. quite ok.


but its a felony to do extortion, which the FBI thinks this may be.
this can have a very sad ending, with both father and son in orange jump suits.
