Of course, but if the NCAA had dropped it quickly, everyone would be screaming cover up. By the way, not sure if you have noticed but the NCAA is trying to crack down on rogue sports agents. So they would still be investigating Rogers. This doesn't prove that Cam or AU is innocent, but to assume the existence of an investigation is proof of guilt is ridiculous.
