Somebody mentioned trivinol (sp?) earlier. Never heard of it but it sounds like I need to check it out. :)

Power cling is a type of lift, just like a bench press is. Specifically it's the first half of the Olympic lift the cling and jerk. The cling gets it off the ground and up to your chest, the jerk is where you press it over your head.
For what it's worth, I'm 195 and bench 300 and squat about 450. I have no idea what I cling but I doubt it's over 185. It requires a shite ton strength, explosive power, and technique.
