- We're in much better shape at QB than we were last year. Thank God!

-Our RB's and recievers are better than I had thought they would.

-Our O-line isn't where I'd like it to be, but it's serviceable.

-Our Db's are not good.

-Our D-line is overrated.

-We came out and played a scrimmage today, and our opposition came to play a football game. Jacksonville State deserved to win, and I congratulate their team and fans.

I agree with most of that. Our rb's weren't that great, atleast bolden wasn't. Ricky and the scotts weren't bad. Qbs and recievers were very good. And I can't judge our OL because I didn't watch it on tv. I do know we didn't have many if penalties from the OL and not any or very few sacks so I thought they did well. Everything else was spot on. Dorsey isn't anything but a big body and our secondary cares more about hitting someone than covering them. They do not read the qb's eyes at all and aren't quick to the ball

Yeah I didn't see it on tube so I can't really grade our OL very well. It was a weird game. We didn't give up a lot sacks, isn't turn the ball over, didn't have a lot of penalties, offense looked good at specific positions that weren't expected but didn't look good all together and our defense looked like shite. Didn't see any of that coming

I think our defense will step it up. This could of been a wake up call for em. They want to prove something now...I hope.

Hard to take any positives from that game.

I like your style. Maybe when Ole Miss and Houston part ways(whenever that is) we can go back to being somewhat friendly neighbors

Only if you didn't watch it.

Stanley and Masoli are both better than Snead.

That's positive enough for me.

So how bad would the score have been if the preseason 2009 heisman candidate were playing qb?

We probably would have won because we would have actually been playing football instead of expecting to walk to a blowout.

You have seen them at their best. Get ready for steady regression. You will be receiving an "I told you so" e-card in a couple of years.

We don't have a mascot and we haven't since 2002. Thanks for playing.

How does losing to JSU? a D2 school make you feel?

When was the last time a D2 school beat Ole Miss?

The last time it happened to us JSU's coach was FIRED.

You might look into it.
