I hope we win it all this year. It has gotten back to how it was when coach Bryant was here. It use to blow my mind when we lost because it so rarely happened.
People expect Alabama to win every game and it has been a long time since we have had that feeling.
Everybody we play bases their season on how they stacked up against BAMA and that is how it use to always be. Your season can be made or lost on how you play against Alabama.
It is nothing new for our opponents to take the week off before they play us, it use to be like that every year when coach Bryant was in Tuscaloosa.
Still a little reluctant to give into the feeling that we are at the top again but I think we are. Saban owns the SEC right now.

Your a good poster Bamascoop but I disagree. The days of ANY team owning the SEC are over. When Bryant used to coach football was completely DIFFERENT than what it is now. It's almost not even the same game. The SEC is the closest thing to the NFL and no owns the NFL. Yeah there are you teams that are constantly at the top like Patriots, Colts, Steelers, Eagles, and Cowboys to name a few, but that is not just ONE team. With the way the rules are now with the 85 man roster and each teams commitment in the SEC to winning, I just dont see any ONE TEAM dominating this league.

I agree with your post but Scoop was saying that times are similar as of right now because of our current record over the last few years. Noone can deny that Saban and Bama is hot right now. UF is the only SEC school that can say they're on par with Alabama over the last few years.
Noone will dominate the SEC year in and year out like Bryant did. Unless the other SEC teams step it up, Bama and UF will widen the gap IMO.
