This will be just another great recruiting tool. Players can get a behind the scenes look at the greatest coach and football program in the college game. This movie will pay dividends in recruiting battles for years to come.

Noone will dominate the SEC year in and year out like Bryant did. Unless the other SEC teams step it up, Bama and UF will widen the gap IMO.
Lets not forget that Alabama did not win any championships of this decade until last year. If LSU or any team besides bama wins the west this year and thats a big if, the preception of bama winning the west every year changes. That just one year.

True but it's about how fast it happened. We were shitty up until 2008. Everyone can see how much Bama has improved and still putting together great recruiting classes, while other West teams are not doing so hot on the field. I agree with your last point but I honestly don't see anyone besides LSU or Bama winning the west this year.

I actually know the director of this movie and ran into him at a restaurant here in Memphis about 2 wks ago. He said it was really cool to follow him around for about 4 months and being able to go to his house in West Virginia.

From the looks of the preview, I think it will be good but I'll wait for DVD. How long is it suppose to be in Theaters? We're already doing good in recruiting but I think this movie will help even more.

I agree with everthing you just said. As an LSU fan, I can honestly say that Saban is a great coach and respect everything he did for LSU. If Bama doesnt win the west, Saban will always have you in contention for it.
Looking forward to and expect another battle next year.
